These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Karnataka State Tax Practitioners' Association (KSTPA) Management System, including its website, member portal, payment services, welfare management system, and related online services.
By accessing, registering, or using the KSTPA Management System, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the portal immediately.
The KSTPA Management System is intended for registered members, applicants, office bearers, and authorized users of the Karnataka State Tax Practitioners' Association.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration and profile updates is accurate, complete, and current.
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including usernames, passwords, and OTP verification details.
Any activity performed using a member's account shall be deemed to have been performed by the account holder. KSTPA shall not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by negligence in safeguarding account credentials.
Membership fees, renewal fees, welfare contributions, donations, and other payments made through the portal are subject to the fee structure approved by KSTPA from time to time.
Members are responsible for verifying payment details before completing any transaction. Payment confirmations are subject to successful verification through the designated payment gateway.
KSTPA reserves the right to modify membership fees, welfare contributions, and other charges without prior notice, subject to decisions of the Association.
Membership fees, renewal fees, welfare contributions, donations, and other payments made through the portal are generally non-refundable unless specifically approved by the competent authority of KSTPA.
In cases involving duplicate transactions, technical errors, or payment disputes, KSTPA may review the matter and process refunds where deemed appropriate.

KSTPA may rely upon information submitted by members for administrative, welfare, communication, and verification purposes.
All content available within the KSTPA Management System, including logos, designs, text, documents, software, databases, reports, and other materials, remains the property of KSTPA unless otherwise stated.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission from KSTPA.
KSTPA strives to maintain continuous availability of the portal; however, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
The portal may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, security measures, or circumstances beyond KSTPA's control.
KSTPA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the portal, including loss of data, business interruption, or technical failures.
Users utilize the portal at their own risk and responsibility.
KSTPA reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the portal for any user who violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent activities, or acts against the interests of the Association.
The collection and use of personal information are governed by the KSTPA Privacy Policy. By using the portal, users also agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.
KSTPA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on the official portal.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the KSTPA Management System shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Karnataka.
